The training is flexible and can be performed where you like with minimal kit.

Most of my clients have young kids and achieve great results. 

In fact - many of them find that by looking after themselves, they have more energy for the ones they love.

I also have a young family and a business to run - and I practise what I preach!


No. 

Let's discuss where you're at right now, and do this the right way from the start. 

Once you've completed the program you should have the tools you need to continue on your own.


It depends.

If it's an old injury, or a bit of pain here and there that's usually something we can either address or work around. 

If it's a recent injury, or something more serious then you should get the all clear from a doctor before starting any new exercise regime.
