Ted is a successful tech entrepreneur in his 50's - so he spends long hours working on a computer. He's also got a busy home life looking after children, grand children and is even building a house.
He's always played competitive sport, especially rugby & martial arts, and is now a 3rd dan in Aikido.
But, over years of building up his company and being a busy dad he'd gradually put on significant weight, especially around his torso.

Pete is a high achiever with a distinguished career. But with that comes a lot of pressure and stress.
He used to be active and athletic, but in recent years he'd taken his foot off the gas and it affected all aspects of his life.

I think a lot of us can relate to M's story.
