Ted is a successful tech entrepreneur in his 50's - so he spends long hours working on a computer. He's also got a busy home life looking after children & grand children and is even building a house.
He's always played competitive sport, especially rugby & martial arts, and is now a 3rd dan in Aikido.

Pete is a high achiever with a distinguished (high-pressure) career.
He used to be very athletic, but due to work & family commitments he'd taken his foot off the gas - put on weight around the gut (he didn't realise how much until a recent visit to the doctor) - felt seriously unfit & unhealthy - was constantly fatigued and was getting worried about the long term consequences.

Tim's always had a fairly active lifestyle and used to exercise regularly. Like most guys he also enjoys a few beers with his mates and a take away here or there.

Whilst carving out a hugely successful career and making time for his wife and son, Tom's own health and fitness had taken a back seat.
He used to be strong and athletic and played a good standard of rugby & cricket. But, over the last 10 years a combination of old injuries and a lack of time had taken its toll and led him to gradually put on weight.

Rich is a busy company exec who used to play representative rugby.
