1. Read the INTRO. PDFs below for - NUTRITION - FITNESS & TRAINING - WEIGHT & MEASUREMENTS.
2. Complete the 3-DAY DIET DIARY using the JBC app to take photos of everything you eat & drink for 3 days.
3. Think about what exercise you're going to do & where you will train.
If you will be doing workouts at home read the EQUIPMENT GUIDE and start to get prepared.
4. Do your WEIGHT & MEASUREMENTS - Following the instructions in the pdf - don't forget to enter them into the JBC app.
5. Complete the PARQ & INFORMED CONSENT documents - which you will find in your app & online account (in the FORMS section).
WHAT GETS MEASURED GETS MANAGED
1. Please do your weight & measurements before the first call
2. After that, do them weekly at the same time of day
3. Remember to enter them into to JBC app - Just go to...
LOGBOOK > RESULTS TRACKING > WEEKLY TRACKING > ADD RESULT
